7.6/10

I had a good stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located just off the beach and near plenty of dining and shopping options. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. However, I noticed that the rooms had a musty smell that required some air freshening, and the dining options could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, but there are areas that could be better.

8.0/10

I had a great time at the hotel, which is conveniently located right off Ali'i Drive and close to downtown Kona and the ocean. The rooms were spacious and nicely renovated, making for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but I noticed they seemed a bit overworked at times. The breakfast was decent but could use some improvement, especially in variety. Overall, it's a good value for money given the location and the overall experience.

The location is fantastic; it's just a short walk to the beach and downtown Kona, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops to explore.
Dining

The breakfast selection was fine, though it could be improved by adding more meat and vegetable options, as it felt somewhat limited.
Facilities

7.8/10

I had a decent stay at the hotel overall. The location was great, very convenient for exploring Kailua-Kona, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I did find the rooms to be a bit overcrowded at times and noticed that cleanliness could have been improved. The dining options were lackluster, but the breakfast was surprisingly good for a Holiday Inn. It's definitely a place that offers good value for the price, but there's room for improvement in some areas.

The service from staff like Dora and Donna was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. However, I did notice a musty smell in the rooms upon entering, and the breakfast options could use some improvement. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, though parking can be a bit tricky at times.

I had a good time at this hotel, which is conveniently located just off Ali'i Drive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a nice view of the downtown area. The staff went out of their way to help me, which I greatly appreciated. However, the location is a bit close to some less picturesque spots, and the breakfast options could be more varied for a complete experience.
